Krosoft keeps the public website lightweight. The site uses essential local preferences and limited audit records to keep public-facing features safe and useful.
Optional analytics and ad measurement
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand website use and OpenAI to measure advertising results. You can allow either independently, reject both, or change your choices anytime in Privacy settings. Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes the relevant cookies; it does not erase data already sent.
Google Analytics receives page visits, engagement, restricted campaign labels, clicks on our email, scheduling and wiki links, and AI Console conversation starts. We exclude query strings, fragments, contact details, form input and AI Console conversation content. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. The wiki has its own consent choice. Google's data use.
Before you choose analytics, validated campaign labels may follow links between pages on this website so your original source is still available if you later consent. This uses the page URL, without analytics storage or measurement requests. We do not add these labels to external links.
OpenAI receives inquiry-email and scheduling-link click events, browser/network information and an advertising click reference to connect contact interest to ads. A click does not confirm an inquiry or booking. Our event payloads include no contact details, message contents or AI Console conversations. We request an opt-out from future personalized advertising.
When enabled, OpenAI's automatic matching may detect customer details entered on this site and send hashed versions for conversion matching. These hashes remain personal data. OpenAI's measurement details and privacy policy.

Aggregated Google reports have a longer history. Cookie lifetimes are separate from OpenAI's conversion-data retention and attribution windows; see the linked provider information. For questions or requests about data already collected, contact Krosoft below.
What the site stores locally
The site may store interface preferences in your browser, such as selected visual theme, logo preview settings, preview controls, and whether you dismissed the privacy notice. These values stay in your browser unless you clear them.
AI Console audit records
AI Console turns may be recorded for safety, debugging, abuse prevention, and answer-quality review. Records are purpose-built audit entries, not unlimited chat-thread dumps.
Audit records are designed to use redacted, length-capped message text, hashed client identifiers, prompt/version metadata, provider metadata, request IDs, outcome status, latency, and size metrics. They should not store raw IP addresses, authentication material, full OpenAI or Ollama payloads, graph credentials, or raw MCP internals.
Contact messages
If you contact Krosoft by email or scheduling link, the details you provide are used to respond to the inquiry and handle the resulting business conversation.
Details you type in the AI Console are processed by its AI provider. When conversational intake is enabled, conversation text is omitted from website audit records. Only after you review the summary and click Send, your name, email, subject and description are sent to Krosoft's Jira Service Management client service desk, provided by Atlassian. Your request is raised on behalf of your email address, creating customer access where needed. The confirmation links to your request in the customer portal; sign-in or email verification may be required. Jira may send request notifications or account confirmation emails. Your chat transcript is not copied. Cal.com booking notifications also record the primary contact, booking time and booking status there, including changes and cancellations. These records support responding to requests and managing client work; they are separate from Google Analytics and do not require analytics consent.
Retention
Raw AI Console audit text is intended to be short-lived. Longer-lived product insight should be aggregated or redacted. Security events may be retained longer when needed to understand abuse patterns.
